Step into a world of tranquility and healing as we invite you to indulge in our 10-minute mindfulness sound healing session. This brief but potent experience is designed to provide you with a taste of the healing power of sound and mindfulness. It serves as a reminder of the importance of self-care and offers a moment of respite from the hustle and bustle of the event. Which can have a profound impact on your well-being. We will also run a competition for 3 x 30 min singing/piano lessons.
